MK-4 version of K2 excellent - my go to.

You need K2 to process your D3. Make sure you take it 8-12 hours after you take D3 because D3 competes with fat to get to where it needs to go. I don't need much but I take one tablet every night with fat. Good price and it's doing its job for me.

People might want to look into taking vitamin D3 without taking vitamin K2. Apparently without the addition of k2, the D3 can cause blockage in veins.
