Nutricost's Vitamin K2 (MK7) and D3 contains 120 easy-to-take softgels per bottle. Vitamin k2 and d3 help activate proteins that play a role in calcium regulation. This supplement contains 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 (as mk-7) and 5,000iu (125 mcg) of Vitamin D3 in each softgel. They are non-gmo, gluten free, and unlike many other offerings from other brands it is also soy free. Vitamin K is highly photosensitive, so we use a dark softgel shell to protect the potency of the vitamin k.
