Health Staple for Beneficial Gut Bacteria
I use this potato starch to fry tasty chicken and fish patties and then I'll freeze them to retrograde the starch (resistant starch type 3–or consume raw for type 2) which feeds beneficial gut bacteria. Also, 80% of the carbs in potato starch is indigestible, so if you eat 10 g of carbs, you're only getting about 2 g. Price is a little high for me when I can't get it from my usual source, but potato starch is high in pesticides if you don't get organic.
