Its lactase powder, it does lactase things.
It does what it's supposed to. Maybe not as convenient as pills but it's just as easy to measure how much you need per lactose containing food thing. If you buy milk and make it lactose free this is a good option just make sure you have steady hands cuz this stuff sticks to fabric like glue. Also when mixed with water it tastes like what I think cow milk tastes like but extremely watered down so that's something to consider.

Put it in Eggnog, Greek yogurt, etc. Let it sit for a few hours before I used it with the Greek yogurt and I was fine after. For the eggnog I waited a full day. Used about 2 scoops dissolved in about an ounce of warm water then added to the half gallon jug. I'm pretty sensitive to lactose. I was fine after drinking the next day(waited 24 hrs). Great product!

I Can Finally Eat Cottage Cheese!!!
Love this powder. It works great! I can eat cottage cheese and other cheeses, things with cultured butter and milk and anything else with lactose in it. You will have to play with dosage a bit because sometimes 1 scoop is too much and I don't want to waste it. Other times it takes a full scoop. But it works very well and contains no fillers or other garbage in the powder. Zero flavor, other than the drink you mix it into. Thanks for this great product!!
