Worth it!

I wanted to try cinnamon capsules for my joints and inflammation. Many years of sports have destroyed my knees. I have been using it for only two weeks and have noticed a difference. I personally think its a great addition to my daily vitamins. I can't wait to see what longer use does for me. Also, the benefits are far greater than just reducing inflammation!

have been taking this since 2016, was borderline diabetic and after taking this, numbers dropped enough, taking me out of borderline completely. I was on metformin as well for insulin resistance, but stopped soon as i started this and saw the improvement by next doctor visit. have my bloodwork checked yearly, and to the current date I've maintained and not been borderline since. side note: i always crack a capsul open to smell, taste, and look to assure its real ceylon. so far, this brand has passed the test.
