Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 2-3 times. For children (12 years of age and older), depress pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use. Use only as directed.

Great for post nasal drip.
It's the key to daily managing post nasal drip. Gets the slime moving down the throat, off the soft palate, to hork and spit out or swallow. If it burns a bit, you really needed it. No burn with daily use. Keeps sinus' healthy!
