This is my favorite magnesium blend because a few years ago, I had some serious neck discomfort after doing push-ups. This has been my magnesium supplement of choice for quite some time now. I like that it contains the chelated form of magnesium (this form is more bio available and absorbable than other forms of magnesium) in actually two different types of magnesium. I definitely believe this has had an impact on keeping my magnesium levels where they need to be because I do not have cramping issues and I also sleep well. I think sometimes people underdose magnesium when taking it. I usually take six or seven capsules of this supplement per day spread out over three dosages during the day.
