The item came broken
The shtender was not attached to the bottom drawer. Very cheaply made. I tried to contact the distributor, but they suggested that I reach out via the seller. This is the email I sent to Shea at A%26M Judaica: I am writing this email because I placed an order online for the Maggid Kaarah with a shtender. It was delivered a couple hours ago, and we took it out of the box. However, the extender is not attached to the bottom drawer. It is stuck underneath the retractable component. We would like to replace this with one that is functional prior to Pesach. If this is not possible, we would like a complete refund and we will just go to Lakewood to purchase one. I have attached three pictures showing the drawer with out the shtender attached and the piece that is stuck inside the bottom of the Kaarah. Thank you in advance, Dan They suggested that I reach out to the seller even though the shipping label has their information listed. This seems like a fraudulent business practice. I have attached the 3 pictures of the kaarah
