Replacement w/Full Install
Chose this fan out of a large selection at the big box store. I needed some bright light which the LED delivers. The fan was the other necessity. Install was fairly easy. I had to increase the size of the opening in the ceiling and attach the box to the rafter. Everything else is done from below and if the fan ever burns out or the LED quits lighting, all parts can be ordered and replaced. The fan runs fairly quiet and smooth. At first it didn't seem to be pulling much so I had to take the fan assembly out and turns out the flapper on the exhaust vent was stuck. Problem solved.

Super Quiet!
We were a little weary because this fan seemed so much bigger than our old one, but we are so happy we purchased it. At first we thought we hooked it up wrong because it was so quiet - what a great difference from other fans. It also does it jobs with the exhaust, our mirrors are not longer fogged up after a hot shower. Would definitely recommend.
