Effective zinc supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOW sent me this free product to try. These zinc capsules are a small size, but they contain a high dose of zinc. I don't typically need this much zinc daily, but I found this product very helpful to have on hand to take for occasional immune support and also for supporting healthy skin. I tolerated zinc well, and made sure to take with food for better tolerance.
