Rhodiola is generally known as an adaptogen, a term which refers to any agent possessing the ability to support the body's natural capacity to adapt to life's changing conditions. NOW ® Rhodiola is standardized to 3% total rosavins and 1% salidroside. Natural color variation may occur in this product.

Not Sure what It did for me....
The Rhodiola did nothing for me. However, it might work for someone else. The taste is awful but it's not too bad if you don't let the capsule sit in your mouth. Great quality and good value though.
