If it's hard for you to swallow such large capsules, you can open them and put the powder in water and drink it.

Excellent
Studies have shown that Inulin works on the gut brain connection. It is a fiber that helps to create the right environment in the intestinal system. Studies have shown that it helps with cognitive issues. The powder form has no taste and is easy to consume. The quality is excellent for it is certified organic and I have always been pleased with NOW products. I am very happy and in the process of reordering.
