Crunchy and amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I love incorporating cacao nibs into a breakfast. The health benefits are awesome. The best way (I would say) to use these is to blend them into a smoothie. It will give it a crunch factor that takes it off the charts. Be aware that cacao nibs are not sweet, so it is not the same thing as a chocolate chip!

The perfect topping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on a health journey and one thing I keep hearing about is cacao nibs. I have to say when I first tried them on their own and they were so strong, but I realized I've just been so conditioned to think chocolate is sugary sweet. Once I started eating these regularly I never looked back. They are the perfect topping on yogurt, chia pudding, oatmeal, smoothie bowls and more. I've also been adding them to my trail mix for a fun pop of extra flavor. I love how versatile they are and I love the crunchy texture. Theres soooo many health benefits to adding cacao nibs to your diet. I highly recommend these ones.
