Great tasting cane sugar
I decided to buy the cane sugar to substitute because the beet sugar was out of stock. It tastes pretty good and just like the beet sugar, I use less to sweeten my drinks, desserts etc. I will continue to order more when needed or when the beet sugar is out of stock.

My Sugar for Baking
Now that we know there are worse things than Sugar (e.g., "vegetable oils"), and that the "natural" sweeteners aren't necessarily any better, Baking is more fun again, using Cane sugar, as well as Coconut sugar. What a relief!
