The dry powder swells intobulky fiber in water, absorbing up to 50 times its weight while in water.Glucomannan's principal use is as a bulking agent to promote the feeling offullness or satiety, thereby helping to manage food intake. I buy this supplement often because it us high on fiber and very good for the digestive system. Makes bm's very easy - mo straining. And if I remember to take one b4 every meal or 3 at a time every day I will lose weight.
