It's wonderful. Easy to install and works as directed. The color change option is super cool, so many colors to choose from. The heating aspect is good also. I feel that it should possibly be a little warmer, but that is nitpicking a little. Overall a great working and looking product.

I love it!!!!!!

My order was shipped on time & I received it in perfect condition. It took me a little time and i found myself in need of help from a friend to put this thing together. As it turns out, the fireplace was as expected, beautiful choices of colors, & a very nice size. My friend who helped me loved it as well & said he was going to think about ordering one. I do recommend this buy. Its really nice.

Big metal bummer

Ordered 2, free shipping, paid 109 each plus tax. Only opened up 1, plugged in. Um. No flames effect on any setting. Looks like if you rolled LED spiral color straws down a black metal background. Disappointed. Waited all week for the arrival. Now boxed up and going back. Big sigh!
