Northlight 6' x 9" Unlit Pink/Silver Poinsettia, Eucalyptus Artificial Christmas Garland

I ordered four of these and was sent a tracking number that did not work. I did not get the item when the email from Walmart said I would. When I finally received the items they were broken and missing ornaments. I called Christmas Central and was on holding waiting for someone to pick up for over 40 minutes. I finally hung up and called back like I was going to place a new order and someone answered. When I explained to her what was going on she made me tell her how many were broke and missing. She was making it very difficult for me to return my items. They first offered a refund of $8 and I paid $100. I told her I wanted all my money back she said they would email me a shipping label for me to return them. I haven't got the label yet. I was also told that if the return department doesn't think it is damaged they will subtract the cost of shipping from my refund. I will never order from them again and Walmart should take them off their site. Very bad look for Walmart.
