Nordic Ware Naturals 13" x 10" Aluminum Quarter Sheet, Rectangular Cookie & Baking Sheet Pan, Silver

I have many NordicWare products, as have my relatives for generations now. I have great memories of using NordicWare products growing up. My mom had many of the shapes %26 sizes. I always recommend trying NordicWare products if you haven't yet, as they are always a consistent quality. As a Minnesotan, I know the legacy of NordicWare %26 Bundt because they are a Minnesota company %26 made here. NordicWare baking pans are available in many sizes %26 shapes. They are easy to use %26 clean, are sturdy, etc. Weight depends on what material was used to make it, but these aluminum pans are pretty light as far as weight %26 the rolled rim prevents warping from heat. I will warn that you will scratch the inside of the pan if you use a metal knife %26 push down with force. Scratches won't affect the aluminum pan's performance. I also recommend getting at least one NordicWare plastic cover in this size since they fit the quarter sheet %26 9x13" cake pan with the straight sides %26 rolled rim. I use the NordicWare plastic cover for the cake/brownies so they are easily served out of the pan. I had larger sheet pans for decades, but needed the smaller quarter sheet/9x13" pan size for my air fryer oven. So far, I have only made brownies in them, but I do plan on roasting chicken %26 other meats with vegetables too. I also have cookie dough to try in the air fryer oven. I don't expect any problems associated with the pans.
