The purchase of the Multi Minerals was easy, delivery was prompt. I entertain the perhaps illusion that consuming minerals will make me healthier. Industrial supermarket food is grown on land that has less mineral content. It is hoped this old and under-exercised body will be healthier for longer with proper minerals.
