Nordic Naturals Melatonin Gummies, 1.5 Mg Great Taste, Restful Sleep 120 Ct

This is the best melatonin that I've ever used. I've tried several brands of pills that work for a time, but then seem to stop working. I can usually take just half of one of these (even though the melatonin is about half the dose of other pills I've tried). I also love that although they are gummies (i.e.: candy), they don't have any processed sugar in them. I don't usually like gummy candies, because I hate how they stick in my teeth, and they upset my stomach. These are soft enough that they don't stick much, and I usually just let the gummy melt in my mouth, and they don't give my stomach issues. Highly recommend.

we love these gummies for adjusting sleep patterns during travel and for those off schedule nights. I really like that they are 1.5 mg. I find it hard to find a dosage that low from other brands.
