Great emergency snack when on the go

Great snack/smoothie for adults or children alike when on the go. I will likely purchase again. Go Noka!

This is currently my favorite Noka pouch

I hesitated to try this one for a long time, because I didn't think I would do well with the fat from the coconut, but I tried it and (if you like the flavor of coconut and mango) you will love this. I flipped over the flavor. There is a bit of gritty coconut, but it tastes good, like fresh coconut, and the mango flavor really pops. Compared to the other Noka pouches I've tried this one tastes the closest the to primary ingredients. I've been eating the strawberry banana for a long time, but it's more acidic than this one and the strawberry flavor is faint despite strawberry being the first ingredient in the list. Based on the vitamin c content of that one I don't think there's very much strawberry in there, because strawberries are high in vitamin C. This mango coconut flavor on the other hand has intense mango and coconut flavor that I find to be delicious, and the vitamin C content is high, which makes sense with mango as the first ingredient. So this is my new favorite. The other flavors I've tried you kind of have to focus really hard to discern the taste of the most desirable ingredients. For example, in the blueberry beet pouches it's challenging to taste the blueberry though the color is there. I recently tried the vanilla blackberry flavor and the vanilla flavor is prominent, but I struggle to taste the blackberry. It's good, though, and seems less acidic than the other flavors, which is beneficial for folks who might have sensitive stomachs. Overall, I like this product line a lot for a quick easy satisfying snack with a decent amount of protein in easily digestible form and I just hope they're doing their due dilligence with testing for heavy metals and such in light of all the scary news that's come out in recent years about contaminants in baby food pouches both organic and non-organic. Lemon juice concentrate has been identified as one of the culprits and all the Noka pouches contain that ingredient. They don't provide any information about how they test either raw ingredients or final products, so this is my only hesitation about these packets. But they contain brain healthy omega fatty acids, which is something I need plenty of right now, so I'm going on faith that they are holding themselves to a high standard for food safety and I hope time will bear out that perception. They are very high in sugar, so it's not a bad idea to eat a few nuts or something else to slow the glycemic spike especially if you have any issues with blood sugar control. The protein in the pouches will help slow absorption of the sugar but I don't think it's enough to compensate for such a large amount of sugar even though the sugars are naturally occurring.
