This adjustable lift-top mechanism provides the perfect height for writing, reading or just settling back with a refreshing drink. Please note that this top only lifts to the maximum height. It does not stop in between the open and closed positions.
CONTROLLED CLOSING HINGES: This table lift-top uses hinges that offers controlled closing to ensure your fingers will not accidentally get caught when shutting.
STORAGE COMPARTMENTS: This coffee table contains two hidden storage compartments under the table top that are each 9?W x 20?L x4.8?H. This also offers an open bottom shelf for easy access to your magazines and other items.

The table is super solid and looks fantastic. One problem is that out of 4 bolts, we could align/fix only two (opp corners, luckily) for the table base. For some reason, the carpenter was in a hurry to make the grooves at the right location :) Though we struggled for more than an hour, we couldn't align/fix these two bolts. We feel we are a little unlucky to grab this specific table :(
