The best high protein brand of cake mix.
Lemon is favorite but like all that I tried. The texture is fine and comes with dried flavor to add to cream cheese for icing. The company has never let me down with shipping or product. If you are looking for higher protein cake mix, this is great.

I added about 1 tablespoon of real lemon juice to the cake mix to add a bit more flavor. I baked mine as cupcakes in cupcake holders so I can have better portion control. I used 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese instead of the standard cream cheese. I mixed the frosting mix right in the container so that I can easily store it in the fridge. I store my unfrosted cupcakes in a gallon storage bag and I place them in the fridge to keep longer. I frost them as I eat them so they stay fresh longer. These are so good and I highly recommend!

Been on low carb keto for over 4 years. Like trying new low net carb products. While some are not great, this one is DELICIOUS. It is made with almond flour so no it wont taste or have the texture of regular flour cake but for those us us who are on this sustainable life journey, this one is a winner!!
