It's rated PG-13
If you are looking for something a little more "adult" than Apples to Apples, but not quite to the level of Cards Against Humanity, this is a good middle ground. Our group of 40s to 50s loved it. We did modify the rules to be like Apples to Apples and ignored the Rotten Apples rules (their rules allow the judges to get a point by choosing the answer that is randomly selected from the deck).
