These booties are actually well made. They don't feel like they'll last a long time, but for the price (I got them on sale) they're worth it. Besides, with proper care, you can make them last longer than expected. They are very sturdy to walk in. Since there are no half numbers, I got them in 7, and with thin socks they feel ok; the 8 would have been too big for me. They don't look expensive (duh), but they don't look super cheap either C=

Better than the name brand

It's better than the designer brand. My daughter has the Steve Madden version and prefers these. She said the footbed has more cushion. I bought her a second pair before they were gone because she took them to walk all over Barcelona. Now she will have a fresh pair when she comes home.

Great boots for me

Great retro platform ankle boots. I found them true to size pretty comfortable to walk in. My husband is 6'4” I'm 5'6” so it gives me 3”. Since no boundaries jeans don't offer petite average or tall length I don't have to hem the jeans. The bonus was it was on clearance.
