The Nitto Trail Grappler M/T is a mud-terrain tire that's suitable for use on light trucks and SUVs. Built with a smart tread that's specially designed to conquer several off-road areas such as dirt, mud, and rocks, and the Trail Grappler M/T utilizes advanced sound analysis equipment to decrease noises that are common during off-road driving. A balanced void ratio constantly removes dirt and mud for strong traction and to protect the casing from damage, and the Trail Grappler M/T's dual sidewall design allows drivers to select the look that best matches their ride. Additionally, the Trail Grappler M/T is engineered with a reinforced sidewall that guards the tire against punctures, cuts, chips, abrasions, and tears for a longer tread life.

I love these tires! They are way more quiet than they look and actually ride very smooth. My wife didn't even notice I had new tires till I told her. Still to early to tell on the tread life.
