We use these at my job to keep the lock and the keys together when we do lock out tag out while doing cleaning or repairs on machinery. Just going off of memory at home, when wanting to hang some glass orbs from delicate chain for a few plants, I guessed at the size ordered these and they were way smaller and even kind of cute if you will- much more suited for my purpose. Lucky little accident.

Absolutely useful for everything. Daily use, travel, whatever. I use them to cinch backpack straps. I use them to keep my suitcase closed while traveling. I use them to hang things from my belt loops. I own like 15 of these and I love them.
