Instructions
Hob - From Ambient - 1-1/2 cups - rice. 2 cups - water. Cooking Directions. All Purpose Rice (Excellent for Sushi). Combine 1-1/2 cups Nishiki® Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Removed from heat. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cups) servings. Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 - 1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
