Instructions
This bag has microscopic holes to let the rice breathe. It is not waterproof. Please do not place on wet surfaces.Brown rice 1 cup.Water 1-1/2 to 2 cups.Cooking directions:Combine 1 cup Nishiki® brown rice and 1-1/2 to 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking. By preference, add salt, butter, cheese or other flavoring. Bring to a soft boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 50 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Fluff with fork and serve.Makes 3 cups cooked rice, or 4 (3/4 cup each) servings.Note:If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 to 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer. When cooking is complete, allow rice to stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 3 cups cooked rice.

best bang for buck rice
This is my goto brand rice. It doesn't have all the dry husks the cheap brands do, doesn't require much, if any, rinsing. If you cook it right, it will be nice and fluffy. Probably the best bang for buck on the market. Hopefully it will stay that way, or I'm going back to dollar tree brand.
