I cooked 15 pounds of chitlins and it took 40 minutes. To my desire.. pasta with tomato sauce and turkey. It took 15 minutes. Excellent product would recommend but my problem was it came scratch with a little dent in it and they wouldn't refund my money so if you buy the ninja deluxe pressure cooker, you are stuck with any type of damages..You will not get a refund. Maybe parts placed from the manufacturer. Which none of the reviews stated so be cautious when you buy..
