Unwritten Non-stick Requirements
To keep the skillet nonstick user must preheat the frying pan to medium heat before putting anything in the pan. No water, meat, eggs, vegetables, nothing until it reaches medium heat. A few drops of water will bead up and boil off at medium heat. Set at %234 . No more. This is what is required to make the nonstick properties last longer. It's the same with most all non-stick coatings. They are likely a 1 to 3 year gig for maintain ing non-stick. Wish I would have known. Great pan while it lasts. Don't get too attached,
