Very nonstick!
I bought this a month ago for my husband, who is the cook at our house. So far it's the best. I would love for it to be a smidge taller, but it's still wonderful. Nothing sticks to this pan. Nothing. We accidentally kept the heat on after we removed our chicken. In our other pans that would burn and make the non-stick stuff very sticky and difficult to clean. It was not an issue. nothing burned and nothing was stuck to the pan. Nothing ever sticks to these pans. You can almost just wipe these pots out after using and they are great. We've had a problem with new non-stick/never stick type pans being great for 2-3 months and then start peeling or getting very sticky and difficult to clean. These pans (we bought the set first and this pan, because we needed a larger pan for one pot meals) have been great so far. We have had none of the problems that we have had before. If they continue to hold up, we will be buying the rest of the set.

I had previously had the Caphalon oil infused non stick pan set. Every pan after about 1 month would stick even with oil Yes I have cooked with no issues in stainless steel so it was the pans. No I did not want a replacement set as offered. I decided to purchase the ninja NeverStick pan set and loved them and no nothing sticks. I decided to add the 4 qt pan because I needed something a little larger. I love it and the set of pans. I highly recommend the Nnja Foodi NeverStick pans to everyone looking for a solid made set of pans. By the way they can go from the stove top to the over to finish cooking, no need to transfer to an oven safe pan or casserole.

Durable even heat distribution
I cook on an electric stove. All the big pans I've had in the past, only get hit directly over the burner, never evenly heating the entire contents evenly. These pans are heavy duty extra thick, and they absorb and transfer heat VERY well. I have the whole set now, and I'll probably buy another set of the same thing when and if these wear out. Thanks for the great pans!!
