Yep they are sharp lol. Ah well exactly what I wanted. So many years after wondering why I didn't get decent knives. Cut so smooth. They recommend hand wash which I switch between that and way top rack on dishwasher. And still excellent knives!

Stays sharper than usual
I am a firm believer that if the vegetables are cut properly the food's taste would enhance twice as it would if the vegetables are cut imperfectly! Ninja knives don't need a lot of sharpening as they stay sharper for longer than any other knife I've used!
