These are nice, but run 1 size to big. I am 5'3" 140 lbs and usually wear a 10, but they were to big in the thigh and hips, the 8 fit much better. Also on me these are ankle length and a nice slim leg, but not like a legging. I have not washed yet so I cannot comment on that.
