Great buy for dog owners
I picked this up. then put it down. Our Walmart is being remodeled and you can't find prices on some things, so this was one of those things. I placed it in my buggy, and I'm so glad I did! So convenient to hand on the leash and know you have enough pick-up bags for the walk. It was definitely worth the $3 that my price scan showed me on the price! Thank goodness for that price scan on the app!
