Select from Orange or Blue in color. Made with 100% polyester material which is like perma-felt. Top hat is a high Crown hat, measuring about 6" tall. A high-brim that is 2 inches wide in the front/back, and 1.75 inches on the sides. Inside rim is about 23" Brim edge is also bound 3/4". Each hat has a matching polyester satin ribbon trim.
