Nicholson 06706N Axe File, 8-Inch

Good file that is coarser on one side than the other. The edges are not filed so are considered "safe". The handle was a little sharp on the edges and I was going to wrap it with electric tape but decided to take it to the grinding wheel and smoothed the sharp edges right down. This thing has sharpened 2 axes and a hatchet. I will probably give it a work-out on lawnmower blades starting this week. I'm pleased with its ability to put an edge on cutting tools. The built in handle is easier than making a new handle to fit on a sharp tang. I already have onje or else I'd be ordering one.
