The foldable cot will fit in the bag. The bad will need some other carrier. The cot is light and folds out easily and presses into place. The headrest is angled just a little. This will keep the pillow from dropping off the back. With the pad, the cot is moderately comfortable. Bonus: unlike other camping cots, this one doesn't squeak when you move around.
