Nexen N'Priz S Touring 205/60R16 92H Passenger Tire

I did not receive a Nexen Touring Tire. The Manager sent it back to the factory although I had appt for 4/21/25@8am. I cancelled my initial appt which was 4/12/25. I was not informed the tire was sent back nor issued a refund . Thank goodness I had a nice efficient courteous Manager Romemell L today 4/18/25 . He looked for my tire for 1 hr . To find out the tire was sent back to the factory although. He offered me another tire less money Good Year Radial . Put my refund on a gift card . Therefore did not have to wait 2 days for refund .Tire installed today 4/18/25 . %26 I bought window shield wipers for $7. I truly thank goodness for Romemell L. customer service . The Manager who caused this error need to read and pay more attention to detail . Thanks Romemell L for great customer service!!!!!
