Touchy and needs smoothed out, but great power.
We have a pontoon boat on a quiet no-wake lake in Indiana. We've used trolling motors for years with 12v batteries. This matches the speed of my trolling motor's top speed when it's running at only 8%. It feels like I've got a 5 or 10 Hp motor back there. It's incredible. The problem is that the control is so touchy. This needs immediate attention from Newport. It's almost unusably touchy, like it's WAY too easy to jerk forward by twisting just a hair too much.
