New Philips Sonicare Flexcare & Healthy White Plastic Travel Case

The item I purchased was not the correct case for my model toothbrush. But the real problem was that Square Imports never respond to my e-mail requests for instructions for returning their product. I had to call them to get return instructions. I returned the merchandise the next day, but they did not credit my account. Again they did not respond to any of my e-mails. I had to call again, and they acknowledged receipt of the returned merchandise weeks earlier, and finally processed the appropriate credit. Very poor customer service. Not up to WalMart standards.
