Nice Rolls!

These are tasty. Purchasing them felt like quite a gamble: I hate that small GF rolls are more than $1 each, and there were no reviews here. These are hearty/dense in a good way. The taste and texture are convincingly bread-like, although it was surprisingly a little bit sweet, with an aftertaste like hawaiian rolls. It still went very well with butter and cheese to accompany stew. It's definitely a luxury item, but if you're missing a little bread to go with some of your classic meals, this might do the trick. It is so dense that those tiny rolls are very filling, and over 200 calories each! And I don't know why one of the photos claims it's "light and fluffy." They're good and I'll order them again, but they're not light and fluffy! If you want that, Udi's french rolls are closer. They still aren't light and fluffy; they're quite chewy! But they're lighter than these. I like both quite a bit. Finally, the packaging and shipping was just fine, and the instructions that came on an accompanying paper slip were good. They point out that GF bread is always disappointing if you eat it cold. I think it would be better to have those instructions on the actual packaging, but the paper is better than not having them at all
