Melting Directions: (visit verybestbaking.com for more melting tips)Microwave: Melt 1-3/4 cups morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted. Double Boiler: Place 1-3/4 cups morsels in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.
Safe Handling Instructions
We recommend melting no more than 2 cups of morsels at a time.Once melted, use immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these chocolate chips in exchange for a review. What can I say, Nestle is the only brand I will ever use. They've been around for 79 years. I have tried other brands but nothing compares to Nestle Toll House morsels for making chocolate chip cookies. I used the milk chocolate chips to melt down and coat pretzels and it makes a fantastic ganache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I received a coupon to get a free bag of any nestle toll house morsels. I picked the milk chocolate morsels. I bought them to make some homemade cookies that were going to turn into chocolate chip. I made them with my 2 year child and it was a great day for us. We both enjoyed making these and having the cookie as soon as it cooled down. So moist and delicious! Thank you for the free morsels. I will be buying more of these in the future and recommending to friends and family.

I made chocolate chip chocolate brownies with these and they turned out great. I love the taste of this chocolate by themselves too. They are great for baking.
