Just doesn't stay in place

The tension on this isn't strong enough. The shower just flops downward and starts spraying the floor. Same problem as Margaret described. It just doesn't work after about a year of use.

Will not hold shower head in place

I had this shower slide bar installed by a contractor and the shower head continually drops down instead of staying in place. It stays in place on the slide bar but the hand held drops when in the holster.
