I purchased this Sleep Spray because I already use the same Sleep Lotion. I figured that two is better than one. Especially since I'm a chronic insomniac. The lotion has been helping me so I thought the spray in tandem would be even better. I spray my pillows, sheets and blanket 15 minutes before I'm ready to get into bed. That's about how long it takes to dry. It has a pleasant scent. Not overpowering. I genuinely feel like it's helping me fall asleep faster and I'm staying asleep longer. If you're having sleep issues. I definitely recommend Dr. Teals Sleep Products. Especially the Sleep Spray.
