The automatic start and stop operation keep water out of your way without extra fuss. A high-functioning stainless steel motor shaft thermally protects the motor and prevents any overheating. In addition, a 3/8-inch barbed discharge adapter comes pre-installed for convenience. The unit includes a vertical centrifugal pump design, which is fitted with a cooling fan and 1/18 horsepower. The pump also includes a solid polymer float activated switch for automatic overflow detection.
