50K miles before cleaning K%26N

Will probably never have to clean it as the package states about 50K miles before cleaning - I only travel less than 4K per year (12 years before first clean). Just to be safe I will clean it once a year - remembered to keep my old one while the new on dries). Filter will never have to be replaced making it an environment saver (no filters going to the dump). If it is good enough for NASCAR - Good enough for me.

I have been using K&N air filters since 1980. I have placed them on every vehicle and motorcycle I have ever owned and there has been quite a few since 1980. That alone should speak to my feelings toward K&N products. Also, I use K&N oil filters exclusively on my motorcycles.

I've used K&N air filters in my last four automobiles, (a 2002 Honda Accord, 1999 Ford Explore, 2011 Highlander and 2014 CR-V,) plus two for my son's automobiles. Although I can't quantify their performance accurately, I think they improve both performance and mileage slightly. This is important to me because I now own two four cylinder cars and want all the horsepower I can get.
