Amazing and fixed!

These headphones are outstanding. I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. There has been a new firmware update that has made the headphones nearly perfect for me. I rarely experience drop outs, and any comments about video and audio delays have been fixed! The headphones sound amazing and function perfectly. I was sceptical at first, due to some negative reviews, but I am very glad I took the "risk" and tried these out, they are absolutely amazing!

Fixing right headset connection issue

I bought this headset 6 days ago and there was a right headset issue that always disconnect even after the update. I reset the headset to factory setting and now perfectly no connection issue. Just keep this in mind after reset, delete the Sony apps in your cell phone and turn off the head set. Placed back the headset on the case and follow the Sony instruction for Bluetooth pairing according to your device type (in my case an i8) and connection issue fix. I even re-install the Sony apps and now still working perfectly. Hopefully this helps. Loves the sound and noise canceling feature.

Great way to keep the fireworks noise away!

I bought these because fireworks trigger my PTSD from a car accident and they work perfectly for that. I feel like they could maybe hold a charge a little longer? also, the left one is the main one, but the button to answer the phone is on the right one... seems a little off if you want to use just one...
