Best Product on the Market

We use this "Instant Hot Water" dispenser constantly. It is a replacement for a previous insinkerator that recently died after many many years of daily service. We decided to step it up a notch this time and we chose the Antique Oil Rubbed Bronze to match our faucet units. WOW what a beauty it is but better than that it is a workhorse. It was wonderfully easy to install as was the suggested larger tank. After hook up we had hot water within about 15 minutes. (Like the idea of being able to set the heating level on the tank.) The faucet has a bit of a delay when you first touch the handle to dispense but I assume this is a safety feature because our old one would gush out sometimes and splatter hot water on us. Some may be annoyed with the delay but I like it after years of dodging hot water drops each day! Can't say enough good about this unit. It is perfect. Would have two if I had another place for one! :-) Easy to install, looks great, hot water each and every time - what more do you want or need. Great product.

Works great

This was a replacement so we are familiar with the product. It works well and the replacement went alright. 2 things made it a bit hard, working while lying under the sink and the inline coupler for the copper water line. Suggest Insinkerator include the tool to make that easier.

High quality /functional

We have always had an insta hot in our kitchen. Did some updating to the kitchen - which included a new sink/faucet/ insta hot. This is a superior unit compared to the previous plastic looking unit we had. Having instant hot water for tea/hot chocolate or cooking is great. The style works well with our new traditional goose neck faucet.
