Tire great Service Sucks

There is absolutely nothing wrong with tires. It was with the service center first the canceled my order then once that was staightened out i went and the couldnt change my tires because they did not have the right size socket to remove. granted i do not have any special lug nuts. I had to take my tires to another place and pay 120 dollars to have them put on.
